Greater Napanee Council has tasked The Market Square Advisory Committee with collecting public input to create a plan to refurbish and revitalize the 'Old Town Hall' located in Market Square.

This first phase is focused solely on the main floor of the interior. The mandate requires development of a proposed design based on the needs and wants of the broader community. As a first step, a publicized open house was held at the Old Town Hall on October 8, 2025, to get initial feedback on community priorities.

The information gathered from the open house, and in consultation with the Municipal Heritage Advisory Committee and Arts & Culture Advisory Committee, provided the content for this survey. The survey marks the next phase of the committee's public consultation process, leading up to a report that will be presented to Council with the committee’s recommendations on the uses and design of the refurbished ground floor of the Old Town Hall.

This survey is open to all members of the public, as this is YOUR Town Hall – a community hub that will act as an anchor destination for the entire town; a place for the community to gather, create, celebrate, and connect.
