On December 10th, 2024, Council approved a Special Tax Levy for the curbside collection of garbage and recycling, which will provide residential property owners with 50 bag tags at $4 per tag. The bag tag allotment for 2025 will be mailed out with tax bills in late January and a charge of $200 will be added to your interim tax bill. Instances in which taxes are paid through a financial agency or monthly pre-authorized payment plan will receive a separate mailing of bag tags in early February 2025.
If you need to purchase additional bag tags prior to receiving your allotted amount for 2025, please do so by visiting one of the following locations:

All household garbage set out for curbside collection must have a visible and firmly affixed Town of Greater Napanee bag tag attached around the neck of the bag. One full tag per bag.
