2025 Budget Process

The Town of Greater Napanee will begin the 2025 budget process in the Fall of 2024 continuing into early 2025. Council will be holding a number of special meetings to hear proposals from staff and provide input on the 2025 operating and capital budgets. Meeting information and reports will be posted on this page before and after each session.

The Annual Operating Budget provides funding for services including governance, police and fire protection, road and existing infrastructure maintenance, parks, recreation and cultural services, and planning and economic development services.

The Annual Capital Budget provides funding for investments in key strategic priorities for the Town's future and covers costs of constructing and renewing buildings, roads, parks, and equipment replacement.
